What types of events and shoots do we cover?
Most Events including Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s and Quinceañeras, birthdays, bridal showers, family reunions, family and maternity portraits, engagements, graduations, corporate events, galas, headshots, and brand and social media content.
We offer photography, videography, or both.

Our photo and video packages are priced by hours of coverage, from 90 minutes up to 12 hours. You can book photo only, video only, or both together. Every quote is custom-built around your event, and it comes to one all-inclusive price.

What's included with every photo package?
Every photo package 3 hours or more includes an 8x6 leather album with 20 pages and 50 images of your choosing. You can upgrade to a larger album size or a premium cover.

How does the album process work?
How does the album process work?
Once your gallery is delivered, you pick your album images by "hearting" (favoriting) them in the gallery. Albums include 20 pages and up to 50 photos. Design and production are included, along with 1 complimentary revision. Please submit your selections within 30 days of gallery delivery, because a late submission fee applies after that. If you'd rather not choose, our team can select the images for you for an additional fee.

For events in the NYC metro area, a flat $50 travel fee is paid on the day of the event. It is not included in the package total.

Can you hold our date?
Yes. We can hold your date for 5 to 7 days while you decide. Your date is only secured once the signed agreement and deposit are received.

How long is my gallery available?
Your private gallery link stays live for 30 days from the day it's published. Your images never expire on our end. After 30 days, you can extend the gallery for $199 per month. Restoring a gallery that has already expired and been archived costs $299.

Any tips for downloading my photos?
Download on a desktop or laptop, then transfer the photos to your phone. Back up your images right away in more than one place. Only the client who paid for the booking can download from the gallery. Family and friends can view the gallery and order prints.

Yes. Prints can be ordered directly through your online gallery. Your gallery also includes a discount on print orders for a limited time after launch, and you're welcome to share the link with family and friends so they can order at the same discount.

We do not release RAW photo files. Every image you receive has been professionally edited. Raw video footage can be released on request for a media fee.

Every delivered image is color-corrected and professionally edited. Advanced retouching, such as skin smoothing or removing distractions, is available per image on request. Turnaround for retouching is about two weeks.

Yes! Send us one song as a YouTube link, along with the artist and song title.

Unlimited prints, videos and text sharing. It also comes with wireless LED lighting, a red carpet and VIP ropes, your choice of song, a custom frame and platform decal with your logo, theme or text, and an on-site attendant. Setup, delivery and taxes are included.

Yes. We travel to your office for onsite headshots and retouched files are delivered within 48 hours. For remote team members or anyone who missed shoot day, we also offer AI-enhanced headshots built from one good, well-lit, front-facing photo.
